Questions about grades

How often does a grade update?
Grades re-compute as new signals arrive. A buyer-confirmed delivery, a resolved complaint, or a fresh verification can shift the Trust Index. Result cards display the last-updated timestamp.
Can a seller appeal a grade?
A claimed vendor profile can respond to specific complaints. Resolving a complaint updates the record. Sellers cannot edit their own Trust Index — the record reflects evidence we can verify, not requests.
What's the difference between a U grade and a low grade?
A low grade (D, E, F) means we have evidence and the evidence is concerning. A U grade means we don't have enough evidence to say anything. Your daily check stays included in that case.
Are grades the same on web, app, and WhatsApp?
Yes. The Trust Index resolves to one record per seller across every surface. A check on WhatsApp returns the same grade as a check on the web at the same moment in time.
Do you share complaint details publicly?
No. Public fields only — we show patterns, not personal details. Private evidence stays private. The record indicates that complaints exist and whether they have been resolved.
